There was a miscommunication and the instructions came in email, which got sent to my spam folder. Seller quickly replied and provided electronic copy of the instructions, so that was great!
As for the item itself, 5 stars on everything except one thing. The vibrator itself. It is all hard plastic, which makes it very loud. There is no soft rubber cap or cover like a magic wand has, or other similar products. My wife was very sensitive and it was too painful to enjoy or use as is--we had to use a magic wand accessory to cover the hard plastic top for it to be usable.
If you are going to buy this, grab one of the magic wand accessories and attach it to this and it suddenly becomes 100% better.
Other than that, great product!
