Shipping
All orders are shipped discreetly in a plain brown box. The label makes no indication of my store name.
Order can vary depending on shop demand. Usually they can take 8-12 weeks on average. You can message me for a more accurate time frame as well. Nogasms and ZC95 can take 1-3 weeks on average.
International Shipping and Duties
Prices shown do not include VAT. We do not collect VAT for EU countries.
*International Shipments are sent via UPS. Estimated Import Duties and Fees average between $40-70 for the Nogasm and ZC95 Estim Box
Refusing an international shipment will result in the package being abandoned by the carrier with no recourse or refunds available, or returned to sender with a refund and shipping costs plus 10% deducted.
Refunds
- All products from Darkmatter69 are made-to-order.
- Due to the nature of these items, NO REFUNDS are allowed.
- Orders Cancelled after 48hrs will incur a 10% cancellation fee as materials are ordered shortly after that.

Furniture Purchase

- I will help to resolve the issue quickly.
Electronics Purchase
- NoGasm carry a 1 year warranty against defects.

Assembly Instructions
- Instructions on how to assemble your furniture purchase will be sent to you once the item is being shipped out, along with tracking information.
